Some Record: Corresponding to my cardiologist, I really do have no structural heart disease and have got a stress echo, and two regular echos, and holter monitoring (mostly for tachycardia issues). I've noticed that smoking can mask fundamental disease, and I'm starting to wonder easily should go back to my cardiologist and speak to him about these new symptoms.
